"I am so grateful for the Weight Loss class because it has given me several tools to help me be aware of
my habits. First, learning to eat for my food type. This has changed my energy level and the way I feel by
the end of the day. Without pushing myself so hard it has naturally been easy to eat correctly. I have lost
inches around my waist and I even eat more often throughout the day! I have learned to listen to my body by using
the number scale.
Second, taking all the excuses away and addressing the real issue. I have learned the technique ’Chunking
Down’. This has me to narrow down to the core belief of the sub-consious and instantly make changes.
Third, listening to the cd’s has helped motivate me, follow through with goals, and have more positive
thinking!

"I have always been better at exercising than getting my portions down. I have pretty much been eating healthy
for a long time but just too much in amounts. I have noticed that now I am choosing better foods than
before the class and have doubled my exercise to at least 6x a week. That has definitely begun to pay off in
firmness but not so much change in weight or measurements. My portion control turns out to be a control thing
